Dolphins - June 2010

I love how this cake turned out. I was told that my friend wanted the cake to look like the one in the show Kate plus 8. I REALLY didn't care to watch the show but I suffered for 10 minutes through a youtube video to get a picture of this cake. :) The cake turned out great and I am excited to know that she was pleased with her cake.

Cody's Hunting, Deer blind, fish cake - June 2010

I took off some of the summer and didn't make any cakes. However, my own son Cody requested a Deer Hunting cake with a blind with deer and a lake with fish. We went to the lake for his birthday and I tried not to take many supplies with me. ;) So here is his 'vacation made' cake. Although it's not a typical cake, he said, "It's exactly what I wanted". That makes it all worth it!
