Kayla asked for a snowflake cake. "Just something simple, Mom!" That's all! This was one of the hardest cakes that I have ever done. I baked one full sheet cake and was able to cut all the pieces out of it. It was hard to icing and hard to cover with fondant! But when it was done, I was pleased and everyone liked it....especially Kayla!
